We didn't like that there was food missing, were a little disappointed.

During our stay, we appreciated the hotel’s ideal location on the beach. The staff was helpful and friendly, providing great customer service and clean rooms and bathrooms. Unfortunately, the breakfast menu was limited, but the food we had was tasty. The hotel was relaxing, with a small pool and a beach with staff service.

There was a lack of food selection and the pool was not the best, with no swim-up beverage service.

Stayed here for 5 nights and greatly enjoyed our choice. The staff was great, always with a smile on face. Our triple room included climate control, TV and a mini-fridge-bar. Restaurant was perfect for a breakfast...

The hotel was situated in a prime location on Seven Mile Beach, making it easy to soak up the sun and sand. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the friendly and helpful staff who catered to our every need. The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the selection of food available at the restaurant. Another great feature was access to food and drinks on the beach, which was a major convenience.

We did have an issue with a missing item from our room. However, the management staff quickly addressed the issue and solved the problem in a professional manner.

No complaints, our stay was perfect.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were blown away by the luxurious amenities and exceptional service provided by the friendly staff. The outdoor swimming pool in the garden area was stunning and provided the perfect retreat for relaxation. The restaurant offered in-room breakfast and amazing food choices for lunch and dinner. The private facilities were exclusive and added to the intimacy of the venue. The location advantages could not be beat, with easy access to the beautiful beachfront and stunning sun terrace.

There was only one minor issue with the absence of a night club or live entertainment. But with the amazing massage services, including full body and back massages, available at the Spa & wellness centre, we hardly noticed the lack of entertainment.

Spent my Christmas holidays in a freshly renovated boutique hotel in the city center of Seven Mile Beach. the staff was amazing, always eager to assist, and the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. the best aspects were the location, with easy access to the beautiful water, and the friendly staff. the newly decorated facilities offered ease and relaxation that elevated the holiday.

The food options were limited, with only one restaurant on site and a small beach bar. the pool was small and didn't have a swim-up bar.

The beautiful beach, along with the beach bar and restaurant, added to the overall experience, making it feel like a true oasis. Although the beach space was limited, it didn't take away from the stunning views and crystal-clear blue water. Despite a small inconvenience, the hotel compensated me for my loss and resolved the matter promptly. I highly recommend Palm Heights for an exceptional and unforgettable stay.
